Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Contact us at Studio506.shop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Item must be postmarked within five business days of receiving Authorization. All product returns must have an RA number boldly marked on the outside of the package, be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipment, and be shipped freight prepaid.

Returns without an RA number will be refused. Freight charges will not be refunded. Please include with the returned item, the packing slip that came with your order, a description of the problem. Refunds will not be issued for used products.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item was shipped to a separate address than the billing address, you will receive a in store credit for the value of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged during shipping

If your package arrives damaged, take pictures prior to opening and pictures of the product that was damaged during delivery. Email images to Studio506.shop@gmail.com and provide description of damages.
